For those who read my blog yesterday.....we checked up on the Egyptian geese family today, and were quite thrilled that they allowed us to get quite close without Papa goose kicking up a big fuss. They obviously recognized us from yesterday and realize we are relatively harmless - ok, totally harmless!
So, today Papa was off on his own mission, foraging nearby for food. Mama was relaxing very close to the footpath. All six kids were lying quite close in one big heap, but scrambled up as if they had been looking for an excuse to escape being made to have a nap. Most enjoyable little interlude.....
